I am delighted to introduce yet another book that I have published via Amazon KDP: TRUTH, LOGIC, KNOWLEDGE: Articles of Critical Thinking.
It’s a collection (again) of a bunch of my newspaper/blog articles. These also appeared as a part of my previous book APOLOGIA: The Columns: A Defence of Mere Christianity (but are now re-arranged and with a few new notes). The idea is that people who just want a little book on critical thinking can get it (inexpensively) without my articles on ethics and philosophy of religion. Above is an image of the front cover, and below is the blurb that’s on the back cover.
Book/s can be ordered via Amazon (by clicking on above link/s).
TRUTH, LOGIC, KNOWLEDGE: Articles of Critical Thinking is a collection of Canadian philosopher Hendrik van der Breggen’s previously-published articles on truth, logic, and knowledge.
Van der Breggen provides accessible critical thinking tools to readers who wish to improve their skills in truth-seeking, argumentation, and knowing. These tools are especially important today because many people have lost sight of what truth is, lack proficiency in the art of argument, and are skeptical about knowledge. The result is that we live in a culture of falsehoods, fallacies, and fog.
This book is an attempt to shine light into the darkness and may be helpful to high school students, university students, home school students, teachers, pastors, imams, journalists, doctors, lawyers, truck drivers, landscapers, gardeners, grocery clerks—anyone who wishes to think more carefully.

Hendrik van der Breggen, PhD (University of Waterloo), is a retired Associate Professor of Philosophy, formerly at Providence University College (Manitoba, Canada).
